Although the source wood will vary, Olyoak stocks stand out as a solid wood stock with a resin fused action bed. The wood represents the heart and soul of the rifle while the resin adds the precision necessary to match with the standard Ruger PCC carbine receiver.
They have not been tested but I assume they would. The problem in doing so is you would be creating an illegal SBR unless you have the proper stamp through the ATF. Someone may do this in the future, and I'd sign up to see it, but these stocks are intended for just the standard full length barrel, PC Carbine.
Because Olyoak stocks are made by just one dude in Kentucky with a full time job and family, the labor involved is pretty hefty for each stock. Someone is likely to come along and make a $200 version CNC'd out of hardwood and an injection molded bed, but that someone is not the Kentucky dude.
